We represent local and foreign clients in negotiations, mediations, administrative and arbitration procedures and judicial claims in the State, Federal and superior courts. Our practice also aims to prevent, minimize and reduce litigation, following closely our clients’ businesses. In case of disputes, we devote ourselves to deeply analyze the matter in question balancing all aspects involved with the purpose of achieving the best results for our clients. 

We advise our clients in matters of Taw Law, involving direct and indirect taxes, by rendering services on a continuous basis and/or by issuing legal opinions on cases considered to be more complex. Also, we represent our clients in administrative proceedings and judicial claims and for that purpose we follow precedents closely and their changes considering our clients’ interests and industries, keeping them updated in relation to how the competent authorities (including the Administrative Board of Tax Appeals – CARF) are approaching such matters.

We advise our clients in several labor matters, by means of rendering consulting services aiming to prevent litigation and to mitigate labor risks and by means of representing them in judicial claims and negotiations with unions, with excellent results.  Due to the academic experience of its partners, the firm qualifies corporate teams on issues related to the changes introduced by the labor reform (Law No.13,467/17). The training takes place through workshops and the topics are selected based on the practical needs of the clients.

We have a solid experience in the preparation, review and negotiation of different types of contracts, including commercial contracts such as services and goods supply agreements under several industries.

We provide specialized service in judicial and extrajudicial inventory claims, inventories, divisions and partitions, including advice on drafting wills, succession planning and other procedures. We also act in the consensual, friendly and preventive solution of family and patrimonial demands, such as divorce, family contracts and matrimonial planning.

We assist our clients in projects for compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act, by preparing legal consultations and opinions, drafting terms of use, privacy policies, and contracts, as well as preventive compliance measures for personal data protection.
